1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., innerwear, custom-stitched items, accessories).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Lingerie, innerwear, or items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order items

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or tampered condition


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@opxora.com or use the “Return Request” option in your account.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and arrange for reverse pickup (if applicable).


4. Return Pickup and Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address (available in select pin codes).

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

  • The returned item must reach us within 10 days of return approval.


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A full refund (excluding any shipping charges) will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, wallet) or issued as store credit, as per your preference.


6. Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same return process.

  • Once your return is received, we will dispatch the exchange item (subject to stock availability).


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A brief description

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
